Packages Descriptions:

Package A: This package includes the access to the three days of conferences - June 1 (Tech Day), June 2 and 3, the two breakfasts and two lunches on June 2 and 3 and the cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 2. Lunch of June 1 is on your own.

Package B: This package includes the access to the two days of conferences - June 2 and 3, two breakfasts, two lunches and the cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 2.

Package C: This package includes the access to one day of conferences - June 2 or 3, the breakfast, lunch of the selected day and the cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 2.

Package D: This package includes the access of Tech Day (June 1) and to one day of conferences - June 2 or 3, the breakfast and lunch of the selected day. Lunch of June 1 is on your own.

Package E: This package includes the access of Tech Day only (June 1). Lunch of June 1 is on your own.

Package F: This package includes the access of the cocktail only on Wednesday, June 2.

 

To register, please download the registration form, fill it out and send it to us as specified on the form.


Lodging

To make a room reservation, please contact directly the Hotel du Capitole at +1 418 694-4040 or at +1 800 363-4040. You must specify that you will attend Geodiffusion 2010 in order to benefit from the corporate fee of $135 CA plus taxes per night on June 2 and 3. The hotel has put aside a limited number of rooms for the event. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Make sure to make your reservations early.
